Bassem Henri graduated from Mechanical Engineering from the American University in Cairo, yet he had the passion to develop people since day one which led him to shift his career into training & Human resources management. He then completed his studies to have his MBA from BSSA in Human Resources Management. During his career, he was certified as a trainer from several reputable companies such as Dale Carnegie, Franklin Covey and many others. Moreover, he had "Coaching and Mentoring" certificate from ILM and he helped and coached many people a long his career.

Bassem has worked in many industries such as automotive, Oil & Gas, Consulting, and Hospitality. He delivered training sessions and worked in many countries such as Egypt, Kuwait, Jordan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Prague, South Africa, USA and Dubai. Along his career he held several reputable positions such as Regional L&D Manager for North Africa and Levant, Country L&D Manager for Libya, Sudan and Tunisia, and Country HR Director.

Bassem has delivered training sessions to many companies such as Microsoft, Toyota USA, Hilton Worldwide, Corinthia Hotels International, Lafarge Cementing, Merck Pharma, Coca Cola, and many others. In 2010, Bassem Henri, his Wife and his sister in law acquired the Master License of 360Solutions in Egypt and it has been successful since then operating in Egypt and serving the MEA region.

Henri has great influential & leadership skills; he has travelled around the world for more than 20 countries. He teaches many things but above all he always believed in the power of the DREAM. His dreams never stop and he has the aspiration to make difference wherever God leads him.
